The renovations were carried out which included adding,ground to the floor a new bathroom,laundry,kitchen & living areas.

This first floor consists of new bedroom with balcony,bathroom,master-bedroom with en suite & storage areas under existing roof space.

The project was completed within the required build time frame & within the owners set budget.

The ground floor bathroom was part of the new extensions,which was fitted with a high standard of fittings & fixtures.

The house was fully renovated,this a veiw through the family & living areas.

This project is for Down The Booza and is still in progress at the present time.

The scope involved demolition of a large section of the hotel before commencing construction of a new gaming room, 2 new bars, Tab area, outside terrace areas, new amenities, bistro & lounge bars, carpark area, bottle shop & drive through access.

A, BCA upgrade to the hotel was also in progress whilst these works were undertaken, ensuring that the hotel itself remained operational for the duration of the work.

The scope involved an empty factory space, which was constructed into lockable storage areas under a mezzanine floor incorparting offices on the first floor area.

Assigned to refurbish the beer garden area with new brick paving and fixed umbrellas.

The existing restaurant area was fully renovated which included lighting,new furniture &booth seating,carpet and painted.
